Swapping Books-A Greener Way to Read

About 8 months ago I found this wonderful site where you can Swap, Trade & Exchange Books for Free.

http://www.paperbackswap.com/

You post books you want to get rid of and send them off to others who want them. You receive credits for the books you send to others, and then redeem your credits for books others are looking to giveaway. It literally took all of 15 minutes to sign up and post 10 books and most of that time was spent hunting for the books I was willing to part with! Once I posted 10 books, I immediately got 2 credits to use on books I want to order. When you send your books to someone else, you pay the shipping, but when you receive books, you pay nothing...good deal. You can send the books media mail, so it won't cost more than a couple of bucks to send the book.  You can pay for and print the postage right from the site so you don't even have to go to the post office.  I have gotten rid of a lot of books that I no longer want and I have gotten some great new books to read! It's not just paperbacks and hardcover books, they also swap audio books and textbooks. Check it out!
